I reverted to 21.8.4 with success.

K30S (base for 10t pro ROM) has 64mpx camera like mi 10t. Maybe xiaomi changed some libs related to camera....

But you need to wipe data, don't you?

Installed it on Mi10T Pro. Mi Browser crashes right away. Deleting data did not help. I switched to Firefox until next thurday Ty for the effort.

Better solution is revert to 21.8.4... deus to camera issue (i don't know what more don't work)

I tried to reflash an older Version (21.7.28), but it turns me permanently in the TWRP. So I put 21.8.11 again. Then there were 1 or max 2 times freezing and more then hour already worked normally.

What is "memory extension" for RN8?

On my Mi 9T, fast charge stopped working.

With power bank, and c cable for my headset working only now with the phone.
(Charger and cable works with the headset without any problem)

Going back to prev version (.8.4)

There is camera issue on 21.8.11 xiaomi.eu

After turning on miui camera on my mi 10t pro i can see the image from the front cam instead of back camera.

Pro mode doesn't work at all.


Edit: Go0gle camera also doesn't work properly....

Same there, also have Mi 10T Pro device. Had to delete all camera data, because after switching on Pro cam setting, it broke the app

Still getting chrome/edge crashing on mi10. Happening when coming out of sleep.

Big camera app prob on 10t pro. Crash on several scenary (selfie, 108mp, night). Tried to clean cache and data. No results.

New boot logo - I thought that we might be getting Miui 13, but no
No problems like I encountered last week. I put back the weather super wallpaper, but that did not seem to be working again.
I am just about to do a factory reset and full tidy-up, just in case.

I was on a phone call and the system froze, and then reset. I am obviously going to have to watch things closely again.

Just had a System launcher error - no reset. I had that once last week as well.
Back to a simple wallpaper. Just had another freeze using the Cleaner.
Have now set a log file going in case anything happens again ...

What is "memory extension" for RN8?

It is where it takes 3 Gb (for the Mi 10 128 at least) of spare memory, and creates a type of swap file to help those with smaller RAM sizes. As I have 8 Gb RAM, I have disabled it on mine.

Yup, same here (on two F2 Pro's). Every few minutes freeze and reset.

For those who having problems with freezes and reboot of device , you can try to activate memory extension at Settings/Additional Settings/Memory Extension .. turn it on and reboot your device ..

My F2 has 8GB of RAM. If it can't work with that then it's time to throw it away.
