On Mi 9. Does anyone have problem in which your phone automatically goes to lock screen, even when you're using it in app, like in any app, on your hand? It's been there since a couple of versions ago. Really annoying when I try to shoot long videos and it goes back to lock screen on its own and my videos get cut off randomly when it does that. Browsing Chrome, Facebook, etc any other apps too. The phone just goes back to lock screen on its own so I have to unlock to keep using.

Mi9 here,no problem like this.

I got freezes while using Opera which uses WebView. After boot I get a delayed vibration, like when FOD failed, but without pressing something. Webview manager didn't fix it for me on Note10.

Before resending, check if it was posted - sometimes connection is bad and maybe you cannot get immediate confirmation, but there is no need to resend so many times, without even checking

And in that case, edit and ask for your duplicates to be deleted

And how did YOU contribute on finding a solution? Did you send a logcat like the admins of the project asked?
You better ask for a refund then...oh wait....

It is a wild guess on my side. Maybe they just promised a new version in 2 days with hundreds of changes without testing them in beta.

I was joking actually.

Lol, speaking of which, it's kinda funny how I was busy that week and not only I had thought about skipping this week's rom, but also flashing a working twrp beforehand and creating a proper backup of the phone. Probably not gonna flash it (I'm probably not very helpful, yeah..) Since a developer was asking though today if one could try a possible fix, I'd probably say (not anything official) that some issues may persist.

I have no knowledge on logcats and so on. And, if the bug contains a reboot, I imagine that the recording stops after power off.......

for further analysis logcat is needed

# connect phone with PC and USB
# create a textfile -> eg logfile.txt in adb folder on PC
# adb logcat > logfile.txt
# make actions on phone and wait for freeze
# ctrl+c (to stop logfile recording)
# send the last eg 5 seconds to igor or forum

Sorry, how did you install the apk from Apkmirror? I have activated the install from unknown source but a I have always the message "impossible to install applications from unofficial channels ". I have a xiaomi mi note 10. Thanks

I used opera browser, normal download and ran the installation via opera ... and I was enabled by the developers

I have updated my Mi 9T today. The update went without problems, only after the reboot, the MIUI logo froze for 15-20 minutes, I had to restart the phone manually. After that, the "Initial Setup" screen appears successfully.
