EEA is irrelevant. What's the point of comparing an old Stable ROM with a Beta ROM?
As for China, I doubt that you tested the latest China Beta ROM to make such a statement.
Joke is on you I actually did today... and yes it works and also supports 120hz in youtube app...

And also makes cookies for free?
What does 120Hz in YouTube got anything to do with this? China ROM has no configurations for Google apps. International ROMs get their configurations from a different server. You have any problem with this, you can complain to Xiaomi.

OK 120hz aside...but the dark mode works there.
Also while we are at it...why doesn´t this rom has performance slider in battery settings?

Dark mode is working for me just fine in Facebook app... you have to enable it in the app's settings -> Dark Mode -> Use system settings...

Also while we are at it...why doesn´t this rom has performance slider in battery settings?
Because it's enabled for China ROM only officially...

So is safe to assume that now the camera will work for mi 10T in this build?

And do you have a solution?
Did you search about this before posting?
I've been here for a while and I'm sure I've been looking for a solution. I am not a beginner. But since I couldn't find a solution, I reported the problem here with log.

Deep cleaning crash. Poco F3
The same with my Mi11

This makes me wonder if it's possible for a user to setup a shim server with redirection on only a specific page (I have a network setup that would allow this) to make the phone use our own configuration about the refresh rate. Mind if you tell me from where the configurations are coming from?

Kinda curious.

Hello, since the last version where the miui.eu updater was updated, when downloading an update, the mobile phone becomes too slow causing a delay and the closing of "Updater stopped working" even while the update is downloading or trying to access to the updater for several attempts.

This did not happen in previous versions of the updater.

Xiaomi Mi 9T, it has happened to me when going up from 21.8.11 and next versions when update to any new version.

https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/21-8-18.62741/#post-624080 This error was already reported at that time on and I am reporting it again because it keeps happening and it is a somewhat annoying error, especially if you are downloading one update and while using the mobile, an updater popup appears constantly stopping.

All default/local configs are stored in PowerKeeper.apk/assets:
Base config: assets/local.config
International overlay: assets/overlay/international/local.config
Device-specific overlay (optional): assets/overlay/<device>/local.config

As for the online configs that replace the local ones, there are 4 servers: China, International, Russia, Staging*.
Right now, our ROMs use the International server (we're considering to change that to China, we're testing it this week).
The online config also depends on the device, and changes from time to time, so there is no universal configuration we can shove in.
China servers: https://ccc.sys.miui.com/api/v1/base/profile/, https://jupiter.sys.miui.com/api/profile/getProfile.do
International servers: https://ccc.sys.intl.xiaomi.com/api/v1/base/profile/, https://jupiter.intl.sys.miui.com/api/profile/getProfile.do

On Weekly ROMs (and in future Stable releases), you can switch between the servers using the secret code in the Dialer app: *#*#76937#*#*
If you switch to China server, this will disable Xiaomi's refresh rate configs for international apps, like YouTube, which unlocks the refresh rate.
Starting from next release, this will also unlock Performance mode in Security -> Battery (an additional patching is needed in Security app, we added it today).
* The Staging server isn't an actual server on the WWW, it's locally used by Xiaomi, so switching to it will freeze config updates, basically, due to failed connection.

I found pretty interesting bug,...if you are listening to music and you turn silent mode on and off the volume keys dont work for some time after it....

That's very useful. Thanks you!

I've done it. It passed.
The problem is the volume control panel.
It doesn't have a problem with a third party control panel.
What I would do in your situation is consider two options:

1. Revert to a backup where you know that it works correctly, and slowly move towards the current version which you know has the problem. That way you should be able to isolate what is causing the problem.

2. Make a complete nandroid backup first, and back it up to your pc, so that you can always go back to it.
Install that latest ROM, without any plugins or modifications, and then do a factory reset. That should get your phone working properly again if it is a software issue.
Slowly apply your modifications until you come across that one that causes the problem. Having isolated it, you can then find a way to deal with it.

As the situation is unique to yourself, then it will be your phone - either your hardware or your software - where the problem lies.

Has someone already installed 21.9.1 on Mi9?
Is the security level September?

I haven't made a single modification to my phone apart from installing this ROM.
The situation is also not peculiar to my phone, it has affected a lot (if not every) of Redmi 9T/Note 4G running this ROMs (21.6-21.9) A few users have with same phone model have made complaints too.

Thanks for your input tho, well appreciated.

I was not aware that it was happening to others with your phone as well, and also being reported. I was working on the pretext that it was unique to you.
I saw that you had said that it was a bug on this current version. Unfortunately many people say the same thing when it is in fact their own system causing the problem. ;)
