We can't make it bootable (even China ROM users have these issues, so not our issue). You will have to wait a little until Xiaomi releases newer ROMs.

Nah, that released a while ago. As always porting to a newer Android version eats a lot of time and resources. We have to wait until devels are happy with something can be released to the public I guess

There is no "New SafetyNet workaround" in the changelog for this version. ^^

Still broken , but it works with my Banking App. No Problems

Apps can't access my microphone anymore on 21.9.8, errors all around on a Mi 10. Going back to the previous release.
After a second look, everything concerning audio doesn't work, not even the speakers. Never had this issue before.

Very normal... older devices get stuck with older security patches, it has been like this since I can remember. Mi 9 is evidently nearing its EOL schedule.

k20 pro - been having issues with widgets not refreshing at all for a couple weeks now, be it third party or xiaomi stock apps, like annotations. mostly third party widgets though, i.e. today weather, samsung health step counter, and gmail (this one seems fixed now).

also wow at the security patch being four months old at this point. not the devs fault obviously, just a rant cause i thought devices nearing EOL would at least get quarterly updates. the Galaxy Note 8 is four years old and gets quarterly updates to this day.
