Got the same error on my Mi11 but now I got it installed.

-Restart into recovery by holding the Power button and select RESTART
-Immediately after your screen gets black hold VOL UP UNTIL u see recovery.
-It should ask for your password to decrypt the devices storage input something wrong after it said failed to decrypt put in the right password/pin/pattern
-try to install it should fail getting error couldnt mount/find system_root etc.
-After Installation fails go to Main menu select restart and select RECOVERY !DO NOT! power off or press system go from recovery straight back into recovery without pressing any hardware buttons.
Now it should ask for your pin/pattern/pw again put it in right the first time and try to install the update zip file.

This method worked by me resolving the issues you guys get with Mi11 ulta or pro
successfully updated my ultra this way, thank you !

Hi guys, I have a mi11, i have a problem with the focus on main camera, it's stuck, I tried to reset the app, clear the cache, use the *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum*, but is stuck! With the ultrawide everything is fine

Didn't see that in replays, but in previous update in Xiaomi 11 the DND mode turns by itself every day at 12AM.. checked all settings for that and seen nothing, the schedule in DND mode is off
Any suggestions?
Define your own schedule for DND

Successfully updated my Poco F3.
AnTuTu better than previous, results of testing Akku-loss over night follows.

Issue/Bug Report for Poco F3:

After the current 22.10.12 update, the "Auto Brightness" sometimes stuck with high bright and only returns to normal after turning off and on the Auto option again.
Please check.

There is a bug with Tiktok app. After each restart the tiktok is broken, not open. I uninstall and install again, works.
22.9.29 and 22.10.12 Poco F3

Wow that's a long post...

However, no issue with my ultra, flash went fine on first attempt.

@Igor Eisberg , the installer issue seems not to be solved?

Not sure what you're trying to do, but you won't be replacing the Android 12 Google Package installer with an antique one from Android 7. Downgrading apps is not allowed by Android. Google Package installer is included on all ROMs but disabled by default because only one system package installer can be active at a time during boot, that's why even if you overwrite it, it will be disabled again after a reboot.

Google one backup was activated but could not be started manually. I had to deactivate device data backup and then reactivate and restart it.

successfully updated my ultra this way, thank you !
This method was the right for me before two weeks, last week the installation was successful after the first flash, this week i rebooted many times back to recovery and always error logs. Then i rebooted to system and again back to recovery. This time it flashed the rom successfully. I think, the recovery for Mi 11 pro/ Ultra needs to get an update, because so many errors by different users are not normal.

Thx, as usual, you are absolutely right

I was using the wrong package :)

I wanted to update mi Fitness due to weather Bug, Playstore version became a system app, so that's the only way.

It's sorted now!

I'm still testing but Backup by Google One seems to be working smoothly now on manual or automatic ever after rebooted on Poco F3.

EDITED: Manual and automatic backup are working fine but as Reported before it'll be DELETED and DISABLED after reboot the Poco F3. Then there isn't any Backup to restore when needed.

Installed fine on my Chinese import 12x, however I have a persistent problem. I have to go into the advanced radio menu after every reboot to change the default network type, otherwise it defaults to hdspa (h+) in the advanced menu it shows this.... Any one got any ideas how I permanently change the default?

On Mix 4 installation through recovery went well, but still unfortunately have lagging volume and back gesture. Don't know about notification.
same here ...lag is driving me crazy,,,have to wait sometimes 3-4 sec. before the phone reacts, for a flagship phone a nogo. Problem appeared few month ago and never went away again, already tried so many things, like deactivate memory/RAM extension, reinstall play services, and so on. nothing really worked for a longer period of time

Did any of you check the cpu settings?

Maybe it doesn't scale or has the wrong governor?

You shouldn't use conservative or powersave

first try clear data for theme store
second yes i have had the problem wiht message an phone call dont sync for about 3 or 4 update

On last update, screenshot scroll wasn't working for me on xiaomi 12x. Is it working with this version?

Battery-loss over night seems approximately same as previous build. My opinion: a bit too much, with energysave I would expect less battery-loss.

The alarm wakes up 2 min after the set time. Set at 6:10 it doesn't play until 6:12 a.m. Today set at 7:00 it works at 7:02 a.m.

Already tried that for couple of time but problem persisted. Even made a factory reset... Didn't solve anything
