About 70% of users use phones with Android 10 and lower

I'm currently using a Office 365 Business (Exchange) account with Poco F3 with no issues.
I just ignored stock Mail App and installed GMail App from Google Play Store, configured it for Exchange Client. Everything is sync and running smoothly Push Email with full integration with default MIUI EU Contacs and Calendar Apps.

Everything works great and smooth. Thanks Devs. However, There are 2 banking apps still freezing and crashing sometimes since updated to first weekly A12 rom till now. I'm not sure that it depends on Xiaomi.eu, Xiaomi official or app itself.

Creating apn works fine.
So not rom related and your carrier can't stop you from creating APN.

So it's definitely something from your side

I double checked it with another Poco F3 running on same carrier and MIUI EU version and didn´t saved either.
I´m not saying that is related with this ROM but it isn´t working for both of us.

I don't know how to change de default Calendar app.
It isn't an option at Settings \ Apps \ Manage apps \ ... \Default apps

i really need help out here guys.. just flashed stock rom and them after flashed stable and still no wireless charging, issue is even with stock rom now it dosent work, it stopped working after weekly flashed..

This is done intentionally for international services purposes, like Google Voice Match, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.
All you can do is get used to it.

Why don't you just answer my question if you know it? Like what Igor did just to close my issue? No need to be rude to other people.

Yeap same issue here. Many problems since started using Work Profile. Also having issues with Google Meet. Can't join any meetings from my phone

If i enable PIN lock and l reboot my phone, it will bootloop.

I have to remove the pin lock but using the following
adb shell
locksettings clear -old OLD_PASSWORD (OLD_PASSWORD is my screen lock pin code).

Is there any way to solve this bug?

I need to set security to be able to use Google Pay.
