I can't upload the video, but I tried what you did in your video-setting-other setting-autocomplete settings-apps. Still not working for me.

There is an old pre-release version on sourceforge (01-31)
Could you please update it and re-release?

I did not install anything. The bug came with the rom update in February. I try to uninstall it. Thanks.

Try maybe by searching for Special permissions in Settings and then for Device Admin Apps or other special permissions there

However, I would also think twice about giving or not specific special permissions to the apps
