3 Bugs Of Developer Mode On Miui 9

Hi, can someone confirm the following, perhaps give me a hint?
My device is a rooted Redmi 3 Pro, on the latest MIUI 9 weekly ROM 7.9.21. I did a totally clean install (wiped everything first) with TWRP.

When i turn on developer mode (tapping some times on Settings/My Device/All Specs/MIUI version), 3 issues come up:

1. The phone remains "awake" forever, whatever i do. No sleep any more. Both the built-in Battery app and the GSam tool tells so.
2. Can't run Settings/Additional settings/Developer options/Process stats: it dies immediately and drops up Developer Options (its parent page) again.
3. The most irritant one: "Install via USB" switch cannot be turned on in .../Developer options. First, it requires internet connection and to be logged in to the MIUI account (wtf...), then after i connect to the net and logs in, it drops a message to my face "Allowing... The device is temporary restricted" so it denies to turn the option on. I'd need advice for especially this one.

I saw neither of these issues on MIUI 8 (ok, i'm not sure in 1. but i definitely didn't experienced the 2. and 3.)

Which language are you using?
I didn't face stand by draining problem on new miui 9 Dev, you may wait until 2-3 charging cycles to make sure you're facing deep sleep issue?

Problem 1) seems to be solved.. almost a day ago i switched the location mode from "Battery saver" to "Device only" ( having GPS turned off) and the phone can sleep again.. further, i switched back to "Battery saver" and the phone still can sleep, in developer mode. I have no clue what was really going on.

for #1; i didn't have GSAM stats on but i did notice suddenly the full wake bar in battery usage window. At first i thought it was because of my mi band 2 connected to bluetooth. :O i'll try to see if it actually affects my actual usage.

well, it's going better so...
Are you facing battery drop from 100% to 92-93 or 95% the first hour (with no wakelock and screen off)
I faced that new issue since I updated to miui 9 dev. The SOT is mostly similar but it seems that the battery calibration isn't good.

It happens to me too sometimes, from the beginning. I guess it depends how much long the phone stays on the charger after it reached the "100%". If i plug it off immediately, the level almost surely drops some percents in a very short time. Otherwise the situation is better.
The other thing i do when i plug off: i check with the battery app if stg drains the battery, if so, it warns and provides to kill the processes.

It can be very hard to figure out the cause.. turned-on wifi, bluetooth, gps are the trivial cases. Advices i gathered from several places:

• check the location mode (switch to device only) - it fixed my actual problem
• review the permissions of the installed apps, revoke the "start in background", "access location" unless it's not really neccessary
• turn off Autostart for the apps (not always effective)
• in App battery saver, restrict apps' background activity (that you can see running in the background)
• going through the Settings, turn off every auto sync/backup and maybe other suspicious settings
