Hi, can someone confirm the following, perhaps give me a hint?
My device is a rooted Redmi 3 Pro, on the latest MIUI 9 weekly ROM 7.9.21. I did a totally clean install (wiped everything first) with TWRP.
When i turn on developer mode (tapping some times on Settings/My Device/All Specs/MIUI version), 3 issues come up:

When i turn on developer mode (tapping some times on Settings/My Device/All Specs/MIUI version), 3 issues come up:
- The phone remains "awake" forever, whatever i do. No sleep any more. Both the built-in Battery app and the GSam tool tells so.
- Can't run Settings/Additional settings/Developer options/Process stats: it dies immediately and drops up Developer Options (its parent page) again.
- The most irritant one: "Install via USB" switch cannot be turned on in .../Developer options. First, it requires internet connection and to be logged in to the MIUI account (wtf...), then after i connect to the net and logs in, it drops a message to my face "Allowing... The device is temporary restricted" so it denies to turn the option on. I'd need advice for especially this one.
