3d Touch

Try going to
Settings->About phone
then tap 4 time on Kernel version; Hardware tests should open.
Start test #12, Touch sensor and try applying some pressure on the center of the display.
On the bar on the top of the screen, the last but one meter (Prs) should react to the pressure becoming red.

It didnt become red even with much pressure

OK, and don't exaggerate too much with pressure. :)
We need an app to check components (and vendors) of the device.
Now I'm too tired so nothing comes to my mind.
There are also some apps that display and test various sensors.
If you get some more info about your device I can do the same test on mine.

Can you check you display manufacturer?
Install Terminal Emulator from Google Play Store, start it and type
cat /proc/hwinfo
To exit just type
exit

Here's mine:

Ok, i have JDI LCD, and i did test test #12, and Psr nicely goes from 0-1, depending how much pressure i apply, but still 3D Touch is not working. I am using factory locked 3GB/64GB 5s, MIUI Global 8.0 | Stable 8.0.3.0(MAGMIDI).

What could be wrong?

I guess that on official ROMs it's disabled by software.
probably yes, because when i turn on 3D touch in settings, then when i go back to see if it is still turned on, it is actually off.....so it seems official rom turns it off as soon as its enabled....weird....and it can only be found by search box in settings.
