Yes, I have tried but no change. I even tried to download another theme, change the theme and change the theme again but no change. I still have ugly Google Apps Icons.

Probably some weird bug with whichever version you have installed and/or the RedMi Note 2?

Mi4c - 7.0.15 stable do you have security in settings so you can enable or disable unknown sources ? I didnt have that option on that build and went back to weekly..Also i had problem with the alarm..it rings but the app never opens so i can stop it!
