I just made a second test the google play store installed on this latest release and shade play with xiaomi.eu_multi_cancro_5.5.29_v6-4.4 release. play the blind is more fluid with the 5.5.29 release. With version cancro_5.7.16 there are jerks and lags when scrolling a list. I redid the test with opening apps and I see that applications are getting slower and many ilya lags with this latest version. Take the test and see the results

on dior, again:

falso alarm from before, backup still NOT working properly, icons messed up and disappearing after beckup intent, and battery drain, even without the mdsnd process active much worse then before.

i am sorry to say, but i have a feeling, right now the rom is getting worse instead of better....

Every version MUI V6 for Redmi 1S is having the same problem, not yet solved:
when connected via bluetooth to the car, this is showing numeric code of the telephony provider instead of its name. I've written this a lot of times in many threads.

I'm using Multi version 5.7.16 on my Redmi 1S.
I'm also using (or trying to use, in fact) Mi PC Suite version 7032 (the last one).
I was using both in the past without any problem, in two different PC's (one with Windows XP, and the other with Windows 8.1).
I cannot precise exactly the moment, but with some of the last ROM versions I got an error, making impossible the conection via USB between my Redmi 1S and PC Suite (no matter what PC I used)

Anyone facing the same problem?
Anyone knows the possible solution?

Off-topic a bit, but it seems Xiaomi can't build a properly working official firmware for Redmi 1S, judging from the tons of complaints in the miui.com forums...

Might be better if xiaomi.eu does not port this first stable firmware at all, it will save you a lot of headaches

I tried through flashify and when it reboots in mi recovery the flash fails... What do I need to do? Can I flash from custom recovery such as cwm or twrp?
