Do you mean global MIUIv6 ROM for Mi2S? Just because will not have global MIUI7 developer version for Mi2/2S.

MIUI 7 Global developer ROM will support the following devices:
Redmi 1S, Redmi 2, Mi 4i, Mi 3, Mi 4, Redmi Note 3G, Redmi Note 4G

It's different because of meaning. We build on top of Chinese dev roms. Not global.

Xiaomi.eu Multi Rom is best MIUI rom I have used so far.. I just flashed China MIUI 7 and honestly speaking I dont like it.
1. Fonts are ugly
2. Icons in default theme are also not so good
3. Lots of crap chinese apps even after selecting English languages
5. Themes are in Chinese even after using english lang.

Eagerly waiting for Xiaomi.eu Multi MIUI 7 rom.

For those who had same issue. You should download Google Installer from MI App Store, open it, search for Google Contacts and press install button. Now you should be able to sync your Google Contacts under your account settings.
