Mi4 with 6.11.17 Lags more than previous week rom.

Hello, I need a big help
Two months ago, I unlocked Redmi Note 4 in two minutes
Yesterday, failed, very bad
I have permission, this is not a problem
App unloock stops at 50%
Accounts are the same
Search the phone works
The ROM is Official Global Stable, missing Italian language, I doubt!
Bootloader is locked
You can not use Mi Flash for helio x25
I think the solution is this: use Sp Flash Tool and install ROM China
Then Unloock

You have solutions?

STOP Mtk for me

My RN2 sometimes don't boot. I have already tried to wipe cache and dalvik but it doesn't work. Help me please
 
In this ROM battery consumption by Google Play services is still a bit high, not 50 and 70%, but with 6.11.3 was much lower

Guys, anyone got random restarts with this rom? Strange things here. On my redmi 3s inter all working fine. I have installed same rom on my wife's phone and it's restarted fiew times. She's got redmi 3s without B20. Any suggestions?

You manage to install those rom twice so I don't think it's corrupt. You should backtrace what you did before flash this rom. Probably removing or modifying something which maybe related to setting's service. Factory reset probably could fix it. If it doesn't then you should consider clean flashing.

I used to have fc when I try to sign out mi account. Apparently it's because I ignoring permission notification when sign in to mi account lol.

because no md5 or something thats check my downloaded rom corrupt or not..
i'm clean flash from CM13, already wipe dalvik/cache, system, data, cust and also FORMAT Data(format my internal storage)..
but unlucky, after first boot to homescreen then i enter Setting still crash/FC..
maybe i'm try redownload rom..

Unlock at 50% mean that it is still in verifying device phase. Maybe server is busy at that moment. I do have this kind of error when unlock my phone in February. It says "couldn't........." but I keep trying 4-5 times every 2-3 hours. Don't remember for how long but got it done on that day lol. A month ago I did re-unlock same device in 2 attempts. One week ago only need one attempt to unlock brand new mi5s phone with new account.
What does the message says when it failed?

If you remember well that is not the same account, it's impossible!

Maby your device hat some "special" FW like Gearbest-Phones. Then first you need to flash a new official FW from Xiaomi. On Android 5 you can use MiFlash. On Android 6 you need the chines Mi PC Tool.

I was only able to unlock my bootloader after installing the chinese dev version, and setting the Mi account in the developer options
