I can't open my mi5.
when i flash android 7.0.
And i can't inter recovery now.
Charging does not respond.

Read through the thread, and follow the instructions PRECISELY, otherwise you will get a brick. If "bricked", again read through the thread, follow the instructions and you should be able to recover your device.

Big problem with kenzo stable update. FC settings. I tried 5 wipe.

Flashed two Mi5´128GB/4GB from 6.11.10 to 6.12.8 - no problems

Both phones unlocked and rooted.

1. Updated official TWRP to 3.2.0-3, rebooted twice to Recovery to be sure
2. Flash downloaded 6.12.8 package using TWRP, reboot to System
3. Flash SuperSU2.78-SR5 using TWRP, reboot to System

All OK.

One "bug" I noticed, the "Move Apps" button is now replaced with "Themes", so now no way to move app icons to another screen.
Any ideas or alternative ways to move them?

EDIT - never mind, found it, when in the "pinched-in" screen mode, touch and hold the icon you wish to move, then a message at the bottom of screen will tell you to drag it to the bottom, then you can swipe to other screens and move at will.

I have update to this verion for Mi Mix. The mostly quite smooth, battery good, except the setting scrren, like the picture and can not change the wallpaper and lockscreen. Who known and give me the advise please?

I could post screenshots because off by itself when the battery was at 3%
This great result for me
Only one thing does not allow this SOT, very use of data network, and two SIM ever active

I confirm the same issues with Kenzo in 8.1.1.0. Lock screen loop after updating from 8.0.5.0 and Settings FC after fresh and clean install.

On my Mi Note Pro the battery stays at 0% and does not charge. I had to go back to the previous ROM.

The battery life on Mi5 6.12.8 Nougat is not as good as 6.10.20

Im using the pro version 128gb rom 4gb ram.

Did you just update or fresh install?
I couldn't with fresh install. Stops at find device status. Same happened with Stable 8.1.1.0. Rolled the device back to Stable 8.0.5.0. (Brother's device).

but if you mean after I got those error then reboot to system, my phone will bricked, got bricked before, and rescued.

but, if I re flash again with previous version (not 7.0 nougat version), then reboot, its fine

Automated tasks & smart lock

Thanx for the new build. Seems to work fluently on my MI5s.
I even got the question to enable trusted places, which I was sorely missing, so I am very happy .

But

I was reading about the existence of "Automated tasks" in the security app. But I cannot see that. Is it just not in this build, or am I missing something?
