Flashing supersu on mi4c stuck on mi logo

1. Download and install TWRP via updater app: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24421527759888018
2. Reboot to TWRP recovery and tap on keep read only
3. Reboot to system
4. Download and install ROM via updater app: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24421527759888488
It will be redirected you into TWRP recovery and the installation will be done automatically same as before. Only noticeable change is you will have TWRP custom recovery instead of MiRecovery. System update procadure is the same

I downloaded TWRP_aries.zip but it seems nothing happened. Shouldn't there be an icon of TWRP somewhere so I can Reboot to TWRP recovery?

I did that but it's the same as before. First page I get to choose between Chineese and English and then to reboot,Wipe, Install update.zip and Power off. So If I reboot I don't get the keep read only option. By the way I installed the TWRP_aries.zip through Updater app, right?

If you have already MIUI6.2.25 then you have to go through steps 1-3 only

I see issue leo rom can't use wifi after flash rom this version.
