I've an issue with GPS on my mi4. I've problem to locate my phone, my mi4 can't lock satellites. Please help me!
On mine it takes at least endless 5-10 minutes, but then it's fine.
It's been like that since the first version of Marshmallow.

Hi,
I have a Mi Note with 6.2.4 release.
I tried to upagrade to last release (6.3.24) using your schedule but doesn't work.
I tried to install TWRP with uploader (easy way for me) but after same seconds with circle on display e after the reboot, when I press volume + and power button, Mi note enter in Mi recovery (TWRP not installed?).
I think that via fasboot is too hard for me....
Any help?
Thanks

Are you sure that the bootloader is unlocked?
Flashing twrp with fastboot is matter of milliseconds:
-download twrp image for virgo and place in the same directory of fastboot.exe
-switch on the device in fastboot mode
-connect to pc
-open command prompt in the directory of fastboot.exe
-write "fastboot devices" and check if your device id is listed
-write "fastboot recovery twrp_image_file.iso"
-end

Hi, first thank you all for your work!!

There is a bug in the camera app of the mi4c: if you set the video in 4k, after you close the camera app (also in the multitasking) or you reboot the phone the resolution automatically reset to 720p. I noticed this bug only when you set 4k but not with other parameters or 1080p

This is a problem for install TWRP?
Thanks

Since the bootloader is locked it is impossible to flash recovery or anything else.
You must unlock it first.
Since last month, every rom flashed with official MiPCsuite will lock the bootloader.

flash 6.2.25 before 6.3.24 and TWRP question will be a no brainer, just update !
so start with 6.2.25 now

I always installed the release of UPDATER.
How do I unlock the bootloader of my Virgo?
Thank you

I've got the 6.3.10 installed via twrp, for installed this rom I download the rom and install with updater app?

This is the smoothest Rom i flashed to my mi4c. But i have big problems with internet speed. It is slow and often connection timeout. But my internetconnection (router, access point) is great and nobody have problems in our network.
Got some information in the internet about a Xunlei Download Manager/Accelerator... But cannot find a solution... -.-
You could try to set your router to another channel. That worked for me. YMMV

Thank you for this hint. But i had changed the channel, and also turned off the 5 GHz Wifi on my access point. Same problem at work this morning. AVM Fritzbox 7390. No Internet connection with wifi.

Edit: One time there is internet connection but really slow (about several kbit/s). Maybe 30 minutes later i had notification "no internet connection" and network test said nooooooo :D

Edit2: Now i made a full backup and flash again. reporting...

last edit: Made a full wipe of freaking everything, also internal store... Flashed this rom again. The problem still exists.

There is no tcp/ip connection to my mi4c. With a ping command from my pc i got a timeout. My AVM Fritzbox said "device did not answer". strange...

Edit: tested more... summary: there is connection to my accesspoint, but everything before is not reachable. The information from the networktest "no connection to router" is already right.
small diagram: modem & router - switch - accesspoint - mi4c
end of connection (accesspoint - mi4c) is okay. Everything happens on the switch before is not reachable for the mi4c. Had test it with ping command into terminal emulator.
