Yes here to I hope they can do something about the wifi and signal strength..
I hope this is just a smalband issue, but i get very different signal strenghts when holding the phone on the same place.

Here's an Edify script snippet that completely removes the preloaded GApps from Xiaomi.eu ROM on a Note Pro (leo). Feel free to adapt to your needs and reuse it to make your own update.zip:

The two files commented out are also present on stock China ROMs, so I'd keep them unless you're planning to install another version of GApps. Removing CloudPrint will cause the Additional settings to force-close on recent ROMs. If you really want to get rid of it, you can replace Settings.apk from 6.4.7.

As an aside, in my view the developers have made the right decision to include GApps by default.

It is up to the developers what they do, not me, but I thought I would at least make a request and share my thoughts.
With the script you have provided I can make my own zipfile to apply after MIUI updates. Thank you very much!

Mi5 (gemini) here. The rom is fine, but after i installed it and wipe cache/dalvik, every time i reboot to recovery it doesnt detect any pulsation. It works cause if i press lock it does it, but can't swipe or press.

Also I didn't clear any cache or data before flashing this one over 4.28..

What is the proper procedure for flashing weekly updates to achieve bugfree installation and keep old app data and system settings.

lol.. its not flashable zip.. unzip and install img via fastboot...
