Do you use Google now?

No I don't do.

How do you charge phone, original charger?

Depends where I am. Sometimes I use the original charger, sometimes just an USB-cable.

Do you use any bt device?

Yes, I use a Mi Band 2

How is your wifi and mobile signal, because it seem partially your phone is having problem with keeping connection.

My wifi signal is good till strong (at this moment 72 Mbps). I disabled LTE/4G because I do not have always a strong signal.

Your little bit higher battery drain is possibly linked with connection problems and location services(it's not gps). Also your device had some issue with sleep while charging and after. Youll need to check preferred mobile connection settings(4g,3g etc) and apn settings, if you change something in wifi router try to reconfigure or maybe you have poor wifi signal.

Uninstall WhatsApp for now.
Go to wireless settings, advance and disable "scanning allways available".
Go to account settings, other accounts, google and turn off any service synchronization which you dont use abd check for errors there.
Turn off miui backup and log off from xiaomi account.
Go to google settings, location, google location history - delete and disable(very important)
Now put location to "device only"
And now turn location off.
Reboot, leave phone away for a hour atleast.

I need my Xiaomi account for my Mi Band. I followed your instructions and I'll leave my phone away for an hour or more.
Which screenshots do you want to see later tonight?

Mi4c : Not sure if it's really a problem, but after a long call (35 min and over) the screen won't turn on when I remove the phone from my ear. I have to push the power button for the phone to light up. Proximity sensor test passed, so it is not an issue, or maybe I'm wrong. Anyone having same problem?

Two things I found were keeping my phone awake constantly:

1. Whatsapp
2. Settings - installed apps - running apps - android system - CABL service or something similar. It usually starts running after the phone is rebooted

Every time I reboot the phone, first I open running apps and stop the CABL service, since then I have no problem with the phone being awake. Try that if it helps. I also turned off MIUI auto backup

Kk, leave xiaomi account but try to disable unnecessary xiaomi and google services for now. Also pls do other changes as i wrote, they can impact alot to battery drain.
After few hour pls repeat screenshots to see changes.
Also check if apps for miband have right permissions also in battery power manager exclude app from optimization, put no restriction and allow location.

Exclude WhatsApp from battery saver, check permissions for it.
Install simple system monitor app, go to active processes after booting and make screenshot.
Maybe you could disable service if isn't crucial.
CABL its Content Adaptative BackLight. https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/cabl-settings-save-battery.23094/
Do you use default launcher or nova, google etc?

Hello,
absolutely no good your phone
Too little, I do more five hours

I use 90% Wi-Fi no data network, I work in office no strong light display
I have to admit that I'm on the same boat...
It's strange that battery life change so much from last week. Right now I've decided to test the 21.7 and I reassure you that's good.
It will be my revert back rom just in case..

I managed to solve the whatsapp issue but I don't remember how any more.
I use action launcher.
Rebooted the phone, cabl service active again :) , see the screensot.

Last screenshot is screwed up... Anyway you have two options, try to check if it's occurring on default launcher if not keep on, or find settings in active launcher and see if there is possible to turn off, if not you can try to disable/freeze it with apps.
You can disable service with "Disable service" app from Google Playstore. Go to system tab in app and search content adaptive then click on it and remove checkmark
On your device it could look different but look at screenshot as reference.

If you remember it, please share. I will be grateful. Whatsapp is really energivorous.

Some new screenshots :
I think you can't get better with battery if you are planning to use xiaomi services. At least try to disable find device feature.
Only suspicious for me is constantly having log about charging device "qpnp.." but it could not have some big impact on battery.
Maybe next miui rom will be better optimize for use with xiaomi services.

I don't know what you mean by screwed up, it opens normally for me...
Anyhow, I didn't find the option to turn it off in the action launcher and it starts in the system launcher too. I rarely turn my phone off (usually on Friday when installing the weekly :) ) and I already got used to turning the cabl service off after boot so I don't need the app. I mentioned it basically to help other users find what's keeping their phones awake. Thank you for your help anyhow, I learnt something new again :)

Is there any problem if I use the Mi4C rom on the 16/2gb version and not in the 32/3gb version?
I would be thankful if someone could anwser me :)

Hi every one! Can't find Video call over 3G in contact, so can't do a "native 3g video call". On my older Samsung it's works. It's rare function for me, but sometimes i used it.
So, it's a Xiaomi "fail" or something was removed from ROM? Mi4c
Thx.

Another question, how do you acess the fastboot (to install the twrp) in the Mi4C?
Via ADB. You need install drivers and ADB (MiFlash have it), also *.img file with TWRP. Reboot phone into Fastboot, next go to folder where you installed MiFlash (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Xiaomi\MiPhone\Google\Android), and there use follow commands in CMD with Admin rights, or make .cmd file.
adb devices
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot boot recovery.img
adb kill-server
I used this way. Now i prefer TWRP 2.8.7.3 from TS http://www.teamsuperluminal.org/download/ts-mi4c-twrp-2-8-7-3-img-update/
PS: Don't forget to use Google to find out more about ADB and CMD :)
