7.0.16 Rom Upgrade

Hi guys,

I am new to this forum (so apologies in advance if the questions below are silly) as I have just got my Xiaomi Mi4C from Gearbest which came with 7.0.16 (LXKCNCI) version.

After reading some posts, am I getting this right that there is no way I could use built-in Updater app to install xiaomi.eu_multi_libra_V7.3.2.0.LXKCNDD_v7-5.1.zip for example?

If that is the case and I really have to go down TWRP route, can I temporarily flash it just to install the rom above?
