Really? I didn't find it in any changelog for China rom.

Wrong. The new notification feature has been announced for global only and it was implemented in closed global beta 7.11.21 update first. No any China release includes this feature yet...

Mi Credit is one of the app I remove after flashing..., Mi Mover only use it when changing device...

Work, just vol few times vol- and power, and wait. This is not issue in miui. In oryginal china twrp its happened too. If You want fix it, write to chinese developers this twrp.
