Pretty strange this kind of differences using same ROM and same device because I downloaded all tools (music, templates) for Clip successfully and Smart Assistant battery shortcut also works. Tested. See below.

Yes but every installed update you must install Magisk root again via recovery

After previous last STABLE, my phone now suddenly shutsdown, the battery drains like hell, freezes, the timezones are all gmt +00 ...really wanted to break the machine at some point..seeing this update thought it as a cure, but 57 mb!!! clearly sth wrong..now it is removed..well what can i say..64 gb 4 gb ram snapdragon 810 processor is regarded same as mi 1!!

Yes that is the point of led notification, to see that you have them without turning your screen on. I will try to do clean install next Friday, or I am back to stable version, because I need led notification working.

Same issue was present in last version of rom.

Mi 5s with 17.12.7 here, led is working as usual for all notifications.

Are you sure this ROM works on all devices? On miui.com I only found this version for a handful of devices. E.g my device, Mi 5s Plus, doesn't have this version but you have included it:

Probabilmente é un bug momentaneo.. spesso lo faceva anche a me...non saprei dirti da quando non si aggiornava penso qualche ora
