Mi Video crash on start... bug?

There was an issue 4-6weeks ago where for Orange network in Spain & Portugal users, they were required to change some values in the APN settings.
I cannot say what the setting or correction was, but do a search on "Orange" & "APN" in this forum, you should find the solution.

BUGS on MI MIX:
When you open the phone the wallpaper is black for like 5 min
The iPhone X like gestures are a bit buggy, when you close an app it looks bad aas it likes closes and then you see the app again for 1 sec then it just blinks.

Rather than swearing at the dev's, why don't you do it yourself or use one of the other two ROM's.

why two stable rom for Redmi Note 4x.

Stable 9.0.5.0 was uploaded to Sourceforge on Dec 30, 2017, rather than asking why only on Sourceforge not also to AndroidFileHost, we should be greatful that xiaomi.eu team still spent time on holiday to upload the new rom for us.
Lately AndroidFileHost is not really reliable.
If you looked mindfully, you will also find 9.0.4.0 on Sourceforge.

I don't know, don't have RN4x and don't use Stable rom....
but logically thinking... Why on earth Xiaomi released an upgrade to the stable rom so close and quick (9.0.4.0 to 9.0.5.0) unless there was a good reason to do it ?
Better way is to try googling for reviews from people who already using the rom.

I have a mi mix 2 with previous rom.
My problem is costant: wifi download is too slow (80/300kbps practically always and other devices at 1150/1200kbps).
I can't navigate any site of internet with ads, YouTube buffering at 240p.
I tried everything (static ip, change router) but the problem remains.
I read a lot of similar problems and I also flash a zip to remove the blocks of the miui, but nothing works. Do you have any ideas to solve? Thank you , I write in this thread because the problem persists and the previous one has been closed.
Ps. With mobile data everythings is ok.

Xiaomi phones have bad modems or antennas .. Tragedy .. Village phones Mi Max - Hydrogen mobile network Play only 3G and mostly 2G, Mi5C also Play, national Plus 3G roaming, because Play has too small coverage, Redmi 3 ido, Orange supplier - Max 3G .... Phone for $ 60 in the premiere of Homtom HT7 Pro Orange mobile network coverage 4G full, manual search Play 4G, Plus 4G etc .. On 3 Xiaomi phones manual search only 3G in Plus, Orange, Play .. Tragedy. He pays a man 150-250 $ and has a worse modem and range than in some homtom for 60 $ ....
