after some days of use, i can say, my carrier support HD calls, but the option is off in this version, and yes the calls are better with this function on.Did you notice A difference with the HD on or off

Just realised I no longer seem to have a drag up action . There is still thescanner symbol on the stock browser homepage , top right -but doesn't work . Isn't it meant to be in camera too ?

It`s not a problem but shouldn`t be enabled by default, when using non English languages the receiver sees many times empty messages and the sender is usually unaware

Don`t know regarding stable but unfortunately this weekly has some android wakelock problem on Mi 5, up to 25% and more android battery drain because of that, reboot fixes it temporarily. Previous weekly had stellar battery

I need some help.
I have a redmi note 2 from a friend and the last rom in the phone is 5.11.12 from xiaomy.eu and they have the old recovery whit chinese and english.
- To update the phone can i rename xiaomi.eu rom to update.zip and install?
- Can i update direct from update apk ?
Can some one help me for a fast solution( Tutorial or something ) to this device please.

Everything seems good in Mi5S. Thank you for the good job.
Only thing that got worst was the battery. I'm doing 1.5 hour less in SOT than the previous release from every full charge. The wakeloks seem the same amount so I'm not sure what is affecting the autonomy.

Id suggest the first thing is to flash twrp recovery to it, heres a link to that: https://twrp.me/devices/xiaomiredminote2.html theres installation instructions on that site you'll probably have to use the fastboot install method, you should spend some time researching how to do that properly as its a bit tricky and involves your computer on which youll have to install part off googles android sdk tools to use adb/fastboot tools and these work in command line. once you have twrp installed reboot the phone to it and because your switching roms you should use it to first wipe your phone then install the xiami.eu rom zip file you downloaded onto the phone. hope this helps, best of luck

Thats nice..How u manage that? Normaly i go with 5 hours 20% left on battery 30 hours usage
First of all,
before flashing rom only wipe->swipe to factory reset dont do another thing.
then flash rom.
if you still have fc go to application->googleplayservices and give all the permissions.
Both Kenzo and Ido have one bug so far. Any recorded video plays at higher speed when watching back. So any video that i currently record is useless.
Anyone else with this bug, or is it just me and my 2 phones?

the recovery is stock or TWRP?
If is stock you should install TWRP in fastboot mode, then I remember 5.11.12 is MIUI 7, so better to wipe data, then install new ROM with Updater xxxxx.zip

Se è stock installa TWRP in modo fastboot, poi se ricordo bene 5.11.12 è MIUI 7, quindi meglio fare wipe data, poi installare con Updater nuova ROM xxxxx.zip
