I just installed the update on my Redmi Note 3 Pro, I'm always shutting it down to charge and for example there's written 80% when plugged and off, and if I turn it on it tells me that the battery is at 85%.
Am I the only one to have this problem ?

i think i wait for MIUI9 stay unrooted for a this time. don't want to install all apps again

Hi, I can't customize "custom lockscreens" that they comes with custom themes. Official global version allows it.

Yes after every update you should do that, there is a button for it next to reboot system after rom flash.

Sorry - I do not agree...
You do not have to wipe manually. Install script does all necessary wipes for you. Additional wipe does not hurt system but is useless.

so i did it. flash rom again, wipe cache and dalvik, boot rom, boot again in twrp, install supersu, wipe c&d again : stuck in MI Bootlogo

I have no idea why stuck at mi log, but just a hint to make life easier:
You can install update and supersu in one step ! In my case, device is Kate, I install weekly update, supersu and xposed in one step. No problem and much faster than install in three single steps...
Just for your information.... and I hope you will solve your problem with stuck at mi logo.

If it is Note 4X or global version of Note 4 with band 20, then "Mido" - "HMNote4X"! + TWRP for it!
If it is Note 4 with with Mediatek then "Nickel" - "HMNote4" + TWRP for it!

I have unblock the bootloader and instal the rwtp but i cant instal a ROM with the XiaoMiFlash.
How can i do it?

An xiaomi.eu stable rom has not been made available for it yet, maybe tomorrow, and it will be nougat based!

As for flashing the rom, you put the zip on your device/sdcard and install from TWRP.

Wait until stable is available, because if you flash weekly, you will need to wipe data to roll back to stable.

It is a zip file and you place it (un-extracted) on your device and use install from TWRP and just choose that file.
