Mi Max (not PRO) - in TWRP I have wait the ending of installation > 15 min and installationn has not been done, after I did force reboot and return back to 7.7.13
Normally installation goes 2-3 min. I use very long and install every week

It's a fake 7.x across the Miui range anyway, so don't really understand your comment. There is not a single nougat feature in any of them.

==> it is shown 2017-04-01 and I can not see any new patch level there. Is it wrong ? Where can I see an new security patch level ?

Same on mine: security patch on April, although Android7.1.2 is displayed (HM 4X TWRP with dalvik/cache wipe update).

2/ wipe something ? is yes what ?
3/ install the xiaomi.eu image

Just install update via updater app or directly via TWRP recovery. No wipe needed...

Android security patch update is china base ROM related so it comes officially
No list but for your information Mi6 has got 2017-07-01 and Mi5 has got 2017-06-01 update

Yes I loose VOLTE too on redmi 4X but I stick with this version because I did not received lot of SMS with 7.6.22 so I hope this issue is gone on this latest weekly...

...but still not sure this SMS lost issue is not from my operator so...
