5x taps on Kernel version is for HW test...after reboot needs time to load CIT so wait and try again

Have tried the ROM for Redmi Note 2 (HM2Note) again to install via TWPR, but the bootloop is still available.
Can you please upload this again?

Download again and flash it directly via TWRP recovery
