MI6 Oreo RELEASED
- download 3.2.1.0 twrp https://dl.twrp.me/sagit/twrp-3.2.1-0-sagit.img.html
- put the image to your phone (SDcard or downloads)
- boot Mi6 to Twrp, choose Install, Install Image, Choose twrp.img and install
- reboot
- put 8.1.11.zip to your phone, start updater, choose install from sd card
- choose 8.1.11.zip and click ok
- In case of apps FC, make Factory reset

MIUI 8.1.11 v 2 RELEASED
- Fixed MiuiScanner app crash for some devices
- Fixed MiuiVideo app crash for some devices
- Fixed Mi Remote app crash for some devices
- Fixed Face Unlock for MiNote3

The recommendation votes are depend on user perspective as the classification of a bug (major or minor) as well. For users who use messaging apps like Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram...etc. the mentioned notification bug is major.
For users who don't use these messaging apps, the mentioned notification bug is just minor.

On en.miui.com (global MIUI forum) they mostly cares about global issues but notification bug is not present in Global builds as global releases use different notification system.

On miui.com (China MIUI forum) they only cares about China related issues, but they will never catch the mentioned notification bug as they don't use Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp...etc global messaging apps. They only use QQ and WeChat...etc. Chinese apps for messaging and notification for these apps work fine.

Imo the notification is the basic and major part of the system, so the related bug is major as well regardless who use or who don't use mentioned messaging apps.

After format Data reboot to TWRP recovery needed and then TWRP recovery will access to data partition

Make sure you choose Format Data in TWRP recovery, not Wipe data.

Mido 8.1.11 v2 everything ok

I think it will be better if the base of xiaomi.eu will global rom. My daughter has Redmi 4A xiaomi.eu with android 6. If the base has global rom, the android will be 7. Thank you for your work.

Full agree. I know how it work, You and @ingbrzy but users on this forum dont understand this... They only can complain everytime and everyone in all the time.
Same situation is when update is susspended or delayed. People dont read faq, changelogs etc. They only fast install because phone explode when They dont install new rom...
Thet really dont know what does mean a developer rom and They dobt know taht for all users are recommended is install Stable not developer roms.
When we install developer roms we agree with that will be some bugs...

I think Xiaomi.eu should change base from china to global. To show how Glibal have bug too..

All complain china roms, but no one dont use clean China rom. Many bugs its from Xiaomi.eu, when China dont have this bugs. But users complain Beta team china hahah. Its really stupid and funny.

Did anyone else notice that IR is not working in 8.1.11? in my case the problem is with Mi6. The native app Mi Remote is in china, not translated, but I use a much higher app called AnyMote, which stopped working ;)
I'll try once again to use Global temporarily, if not get stuck with encryption, that even formatting '/ data' was re-applied the last time I tried it.

Noticed the same bug with Mi Remote and AnyMote. AnyMote just stopped working.
Sadly i forgot to copy the error log of Mi Remote. I uninstalled Mi Remote through Titanium Backup reinstalled it through Play Store and its working now but AnyMote still doesn't. Anyone else noticed this with Mi6 and can post an error log?

1. Turn on battery saver globally.
2. Then on saver for those apps.
3. Turn off saver for those Apps.
4. Turn off savee globally.
5. Turn off notifications for those apps.
6. Turn on notifications for those apps.
7. Reboot

May be stupid, but it didn't help me...
 
home button doesn't work properly on my device. Can only unlock the phone with fingerprint, but a press on the button doesn't get me to home!

Whatsapp and Telegram message's don't vibrate, is there already a bugfix?

How can I downgrade the ROM?
Is it enough to perform a full wipe and to reflash an older rom?

I have problem with firmware 8.1.11 on my Mi5, concerned remote control IR. Tomorrow I download V2 and try the state
 
will mi max 2 also get internal/system sound option from screen recorder in future releases?
