No where, all Android 4 devices are EOL (End-Of-Life), look at the Devices table at 1st post.

You can solve the problem yourself if it is such a major issue for yourself - hire a developer to do the work.

Otherwise, if you wish to avail yourself of something that is at no cost to yourself, please stop carrying on about this issue and accept that it is BETA software.

If neither of these options are satisfactory, you are welcome to use other ROM's, and accept their shortcomings.

download rom. starts in TWRP recovery. Install. then clear dalvik cache and then restart.

Dirty-Flash is all you need : download the rom, boot to TWRP, install the ZIP, clear cache/dalvik (some people says this step is no needed but since it's just a click to the menu and cost nothing just do it anyway), reboot

Haha full of bugs? 2 bugs in rom, haha its very full of bug. How You can know it, when You dont have installed this rom 8.1.4 and even try install it. ....
I have suprise for You all china dev roms and xiaomi.eu roms have bug and issues, sometimes small, sometimes smaller or bigger, but allways have it.
This is a beta and by installing it you agree to it, no one forces you to install, and the phone without updating is still working.

Wipe cache, dalvik is not nessesary. We just install and reboot to system and it ok.
