I went back to that Rom with the Mi Max 3.
TWRP, wipe: cache, dalvik and data.
Flash Rom
Wipe cache / dalvik
Restart system
All Ok in this version.
Wipe cache / dalvik after flashing rom is not necessary ! (does not harm system but is useless...)
Install script of rom does all necessary steps - including wipes.

UI is sluggish on my MI MAX 3 too. Reboot didn't help. Not that painful though - will wait for next weeklies ;-)

UI is laggish on Max 3, I've done a clean flash and i'm just reinstalling my apps, don't want to clean flash again to go back to 8.11.15, i'll wait... Maybe we can hope for a fix in less than one week ? Thanks for the job.

Hi everybody,
this is my first post in this forum.
First of all i'd like to thanks all the developers for the huge work they do.
Got a question.
I have a Redmi 5 (rosy).

Is it possible that the update has been postponed to solve (also) the problem of the fingerprint reader that affects my device?

installed via "updater app": all OK, as always. THANKS TEAM

Maybe a bug: I'm not able to create "long screenshot"...
Here's what I do:
- swype down with 3 fingers to create a standard screenshot
- click on the screenshot preview [upper-right corner]
- click on "long screenshot"
[screenshot edit page will be opened]
- now I should be able to "extend" the screenshot up-and-down to select the vertical size desidered.... BUT...my screenshot won't move.... no way to edit it...

any idea?

@ingbrzy I sent you the bug report for Mi Max 3 in a private message

I cant upload the report here as the file is too large

thanks for the help and have a great day!
