Check the Apps, which have the right to localize you. Clean the "recent" overview. Restart your phone. This should help.

I am getting the same speed for the Mi Note 3 (jason) from Android File Host. Sometimes bumps to 90kbps max.

guys, use a downloadmanager and set connections to max (jdownloader 20connections)
and download from androidfilehost is much more faster.

8.7.26 = nothin to complain, all is working as it should for me (Mi6)
