Installation:

Xiaomi devices:
  • Install TWRP via Fastboot mode, then install our ROM
  • Code: 
    fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
fastboot boot twrp.img
  • TWRP Recovery Zip DOWNLOAD or TWRP.ME
  • For ROOT install Magisk 16.4 in TWRP and reboot one more time after install to get rid of system lags
ROMs for devices with locked bootloader:
  • Unlock your first bootloader here http://en.miui.com/unlock/
  • Install TWRP via Fastboot mode, then install our ROM
  • Code: 
    fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
fastboot boot twrp.img
  • TWRP Recovery Zip DOWNLOAD or TWRP.ME
  • Wipe /data partition
  • Copy our ROM to the internal storage
  • Install our ROM
  • Reboot

Installation via TWRP:

I never seen the one that you said on XDA.
I hav seen someone facing the same situation as me and got some advices from another user who did not have the real phone in his hand.
I am sure that so far no one has never reported any bug to you ,right? since no one could completely flash yr rom.

Do clean install, then If yow rooted... You need to do it with magisk 16.4 let start... Don't do nothing... Then reboot again... It will be OK.

I have sistem lag... But on op it says to reboot after it start from first time.

I did a total clean installation from miui 9.5.

Lag only after root with magisk 16.4 but you nedd after start first time to reboot again.

If you not root the sistem is OK. All rom is OK.

WhatsApp double notification for one message still exists. When you switch on airplane and back off, Bluetooth doesn't want to start. No need data cleaning only restart helps.
Battery consumption is ok even is little more draining in deep sleep (night ~5%).
Waiting new release ;)

upgrade to Miui9.6 ... Miui10 is not worth yet.. I am downgrading to Miui9.6 again
 
I got bootloop when tryin' to install xposed-v90-sdk26-arm64-beta3.zip, is there a working version of xposed you tried with miui 10?

In the last version for mix2s (8.7.5) works the smartlock with bluetooth??

In previous version its works fine for me but after last installation it stops working and i must enter the pin always :-(

hello, can you kindly indicate a thread where someone has successfully installed the .eu rom for me 8 SE? I'm trying from 3 versions with the fully functional twrp on china rom while the .eu rom does not come on thank you very much

Hi, my Mi 8 6GB/64GB is on MIUI 9.5.10.0 Stable OEACNFA with EN/CH languages only. Is there a Step-for-step guide on how to upgrade to MIUI 10 Global? I could not find it and I don't want to brick my device. It's not unlocked or anything. I don't need/want root either as I also have to use the phone for online banking and similar.
