ok thanks broNO. The number at the end of the ROM file represents the Android version (It's still 8.0 Oreo).

My phone is version 8.8.3, but in the update it appears another version 8.8.3? File version 8.8.3 I am using is 1.28G, the new version 8.8.3 is 1.25G, why?

Yep, you should install TWRP first.Hello community, can you give me a hand? Just received my Mi8SE from AliExpress, it shows as Unlocked and has MIUI 8.7.5 and updater shows there is update to 8.8.3, and when i try to update it just reboots and does not updates.
I tried to download update manually - same.
I tried to go to bootloader and there is MiBootloader witch only allows wiping data, tehre is no TwRP, so should i just follow instructions and get TWRP installed?
Or am i missing something?
You have to set the tone for every each of them. Settings > Notifications & status bar > App notifications. There you can set notifications and the tones for the single appsActually, scratch what I said earlier.
None of the apps seem to be following the notification tone I've set on settings. Messaging, Gmail, Outlook, and Facebook seem to have their own notification tones now. This didn't happen on the previous 8.7.12 version. Minor bug, but annoying.
Is there a way to properly set this up so that they all just follow what notification tone I have set up on settings?

And what version of TWRP i should use? There is no version for Mi8SE / Sirius.. Can you explain how to get TWRP and Xiaomi.eu latest rom running?Yep, you should install TWRP first.
