Updated on MI8 SE and great. Thanks developers.
Only three things to mention:
1. After installing I had to manually activate the auto start of whastsapp, gmail and hotmail.
2. The automatic brightness sometimes (in low light) does not adjust well.
3. Follow a bit of lag when changing modes in the camera.
They are small failures and the phone goes like a shot.

How can I go back to stock kernel on my (China version shipped with global rom) mi8 xiaomi.eu without flashing stock rom via fastboot (not sure what version I used before .eu, afraid to brick it with arb protection)?

Netflix not compatible with Poco F1? I've been using Netflix on my phone for months and after the latest update of EU ROM. I tried to uninstall and re-install the Netflix app for account renewal. But I couldn't find the app in my Google Play app. Then I tried to do it in my PC. It showed the incompatibility issue.

Would it be related to the latest EU ROM?

Same here, DND Mode on, but WhatsApp sound is not blocked. But sound is silenced with the mute mode.

Xiaomi.eu uses stock kernel, just flash Rom again

I thought only fastboot roms flash kernel.. Isn't it so?

No, check the .ZIP file and you will see all of them contain the boot image.
Easy way to change from a custom kernel to standard kernel is just dirty flash ROM again this is valid for Xiaomi.eu ROM's

you can only flash the .img file in fastboot, unzip first and extract the .img file

The notification "problems" is the same. But I've no problems in booth versions. All notifications works fine.
