Beacause of MI12t series don't sell in China,so mi 12t don't have MIUI14 now.I think MI12t can use same rom with K50u and MI12tp.How are bosses think?

No way. It's nonsense.
One of the many reasons is:
They are very different devices. The XM 12T has a chipset from MediaTek (Dimensity) and the XM 12T Pro/Redmi K50 Ultra has a Qualcomm (Snapdragon) chipset.
