New AlarmManager *_WAKEUP problem

AlarmManager round the time of *_WAKEUP PendingIntents by 5 minuties. For Example, if PendingIntent triggering time should be in 2 minutes it will be in 5 minutes, 6 minutes extends to 10 minutes. This bug make all timer and alarm apps broken.

This is because of MIUI energy saving features. But I think stock MIUI DeskClock runs ok. Just 3rd party apps could have that delay.

Do you absolutely sure that it is energy saving feature? In my opinion it is a very big hiding bug.

give to app high priority by set this options on:
- Trusted app
- Allow pop-up window
- Allow autostart

I changed the "Trusted App" and "Auto-start", but there was "Pop-up window" setting.

Still doesn't work...

Any other ideas?
