Hide notch is not available.

Point 1. - 8. there are no bugs. You have a beta Rom. You can read this on the MIUI Side under the download key.

Point 6. Tab on Number Pad *#*#86583#*#* you see a massage thats "VoLTE Carrier check was disable" go to the Setting, Sim Settings, on the Top, Tab on the Simcard Symbol, now you can select VoLTE/4G
