Any body else's keyboard sstart dodouble ttyping?

Every time I freshly flash a new MIUI, the keyboard is solid and responsive. Over time I've noticed that the keyboard starts to lag a bit. It gets so bad that mmy ttexts sstart to look like tthis.

I've noticed if I type too fast that this happens, but as soon as I update to a new MIUI after a clean wipe, the keyboard starts over as fast and smooth for about a few days before I start noticing the above symptoms.

Anyone experience this and/or know why?

so this is because of lag? i noticed this frequently but i always thought that it's my own problem... hmm...
