@ingbrzy can i update xiaomi.eu_multi_MI4s_V8.5.1.0.NAJCNED_v8-7.0.zip (https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=889764386195913296) directly from 8.2.1.0 (twrp 3.0.2-0)?,

I always fail to update to lastest twrp, if not then i think must i must reflash cn version from fastboot then flashing again to eu version with latest twrp

hahah no luck, now trying from 6.12.22 then update twrp, if still fail last option is reflash from fastboot

unlocking,
reflashing twrp,
reflashing eu version,
done.

now installed Android 7 Stable.

And is everything working?
Also tethering hotspot and mirror link?

i reflash with edl mode, to latest cn stable
then unlock it again
then install this twrp ( thanks to @Santigt ) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByP6S_Z3vDjWY1hhdFhfdnhvVVU/view
with command
Fastboot flash recovery recovery-TWRP-3030.img
Fastboot boot recovery-TWRP-3030.img
after that reflash eu version. thats it.

btw before it i try direct update with twrp 302 (lollipop) and... meet error with some partition, and bootloop
so the edl mode is the latest option for me.

if your mi4s wont boot on 1st time after edl, dont panic, mine too it because battrey drain on the first boot, just charging it about 5 minutes then hold power about 3-5 second it should work.
if you dont sure what you doing, just ask person or return to service center for help.

Everything is working now, but my issue is that in cpu-z, it shows 2 cpu's stopped. Do you have the simular issue? Of what to do to solve this?
