New Aurora (14 Ultra) Sim activation doesn't go through

Hi guys.

I'm with Aurora (Global/EU), unlocked BL on 2.0.103.0.VNACNXM_15 (clean installed OS2.0.101.0.VNACNXM_15 and updated once via fastboot).
Both sims works perfectly (calls/data), just Sim services (messages and calls sync) doesn't go through.
Tried restarting before/after adding sim.
Tried removing Mi account, restarting, adding again.

Region set correctly. Language English.
Same sims on Mi11 14.0.23.9.18.Dev works and syncs correctly (means provider doesn't block numbers?)
Using mi account sync on same number and provider for years.

Am I missing something or this definitely a bug or limitation for some reason?

I had a similiar issue with my amethyst (RN14P+) - here's what I did and it somehow worked:
Flashed non-hlos.bin from global as modem
Set Xiaomi Messaging app as the default one
Turn wifi off
Prefer 2G network
Enable overseas roaming
Enable mobile data
Remove my phone number from the sim card (Mobile Networks in settings)
Try to enable Mi Messages

Thanks, but didn't help me.
Tried Global Modem (non-hlos.bin) as well as EEA modem from latest HyperOs
Wifi on wifi off, 2g, 3g, lte 4g. Roaming enabled/disaabled. Data enabled/disabled
Resterted phone every time on every try.

Any ideas or comments?
