Back button doesn't respond sometimes in Mi 13U ?

I use 3-button navigation and sometimes when I tap the back button it doesn't do anything, most of the times it works fine. I'm on Official EU ROM. Anyone else has similar issue ?

Yes I have the same problem too but in fact it's not a problem per se, it's just xiaomi made the clickable area smaller for navigation buttons I don't why but that's the case. At first I thought touch sensor was the problem but fortunately it's not. It's a software issue and it is fixable but I don't know how.
So you have to precisely click ON the navigation buttons.

I think I found the solution. You can try to remove the stock Theme app (by enabling Developer mode and use adb) and see if it fixes the issue on your side
