I have a Mi 11 Ultra, it all started because it came with the Chinese Rom and I went to install Global version rom, but I forgot to enable USB debugging.

Then it was only on the FastBoot screen, I watched a video teaching how to edit the file in Fastboot mode, but I missed a few lines and now it only goes to a screen without the image written:
fastboot mode
Product_Name - star
Variant - SM_UFS
Bootloader Version -
Baseband Version -
Serial Number - the cell's serial number
Secure Boot - yes
Device State - unlocked

Hi
Nothing to do with "USB debug".
You are EDL mode because you flashed a different rom version to a phone with locked bootloader.
No issue to recover yourself, you must contact people with EDL account, they will reset your phone via teamwiever.
Have search here like "MI11 EDL account"

This doesn't sound quite accurate, because if you attempt to flash without enabling USB debugging, the installation simply fails. Having made this mistake many times in the past doesn't affect your ability to reboot the os and go back in and enable USB debugging and reflash your device. This guys explanation, as many other, sounds fishy.

any possibility to have an authorized account for it?
No, If your phone is still under warranty, you can contact Xiaomi or the place you bought it (if it was an authorized dealer) for repairs and if they can not repair the device they will probably replace it.
