Broken Screen Replacement

Just broke my screen today. The glass tempered protection screen remained unharmed but the phone screen is broken. The touch and the display itself is working it is just a serious Cosmetic issue.
Ordered a full replacement screen assembly but there is no tutorials on how to install it.
Is that easy? Anybody tried it?
