Camera Usb Otg Not Work

I have a usb camera with otg adapter, but not work in my mi5s miui9 7.9.21.
In my other phone (Bq m5) this camera works perfectly.
Any solution for this problem?

If I'm correct, the BQ M5 has a micro USB type B connector, so are you using an USB C adapter for your Mi5s? In that case that adapter might not have enough data-lanes in it to transfer it. Most USB B to USB C adapters don't have any data connections, only charging ones.

The connector is correct, is a otg. I can use a pendrive.
