I just bought an Aqara N100 door lock. It works great and I have added it to my home where I also have a bluetooth Gateway. This home is shared with another Xiaomi account which can see all the devices except the Aqara N100.
I do get a notification to add this device when I open the app. But I am not able to do that.
It says to keep the phone close to the lock and press a button on the lock, but nothing happens and it is not added.
It is added to the main account with no issues. Why isn't it shared though?
