Can't Apple Theme Limitless

I can't apply Limitless theme, always error:
"Themes from third-party sources are not supported
error: download|auth rejected 402"
but other theme in theme store work fine
It's problem have atfer I'm update v9.2.1(stable) to
xiaomi.eu_multi_hmnote4x_v9.5.1.0.ncfcnfa_v9-7.0.zip (wipe cache)

Same Problem
I tried various solutions (theme editor,chinese APK from internet and build.prop edits) but nothing worked
Maybe it can work after reinstalling with clean flash? (Data,cache,dalvik wipe)
