Cant connect devices Mi Smart sensor set Kit

Hi all!
I bought the Mi Smart Sensor set but I can not connect the motion sensors, the windows and doors sensors and the button. They appear in the application as offline and I can not make them detect, it always returns the error of child device not detected. help!
The temperature and humidity sensor I bought apart from this kit, I can not detect it either, only through Bluetooth.
Please help!

You need the Mi Gateway for child devices.

EU or Chinese kit? also which server are you connecting to from Mi Home APP?

EU Kit. I choose Portugal under the region don't know which server I'm connected...
