Cant creat Xiaomi account (network error)

Hi, i tried to open a xiaomi user account and i got a network error.
is that a known problem or maybe xiaomi are updating their server or somthing...

anybody experience something similar ?

I have this issue now for past 2 days.... can't login by phone. (which I need to apply themes etc.) it keeps giving: Network error.
On pc no problem but no help since I need to be able to login on my phone.
Any fix?
