Can't Find Our Location

Hi guys,

I'm figuring this out for my mother, because she just received her Xiaomi Redmi note 3, what is a very nice Phone. The only thing that bother us, is that we can't choose Netherlands (where we live) as location... I read something about installing ROM's and I want to try that but before I mess things up, I want to be sure which ROM I need.

MIUI Version: MIUI Global 7.4 | Stable 7.4.18.0

I think this is because of VENDOR Rom. can you post screenshot of Device info.
