Can't flash xiaomi eu

Hello,
I really can't seem to get this rom to work.
I'm trying to flash the latest version on my mi8se and I manage to unlock bootloader and install twrp on the stock rom but everytime i try to flash the xiaomi.eu rom and reboot the phone just goes in fastboot mode and I can't even access twrp anymore and I need to flash the stock rom again e restart from the beginning.
I'm going crazy I can't wrap my head around what I do wrong, I tried formatting data and only wiping it, but it doesen't change anything, I tried rebooting to recovery after the format and after the wipe and it still doesen't change anything.
What am I doing wrong? Can you please help me?
