Chineae Link In Browser

How can I remove the Chinese links that appear once I go into search of the miui browser. See screenshot

uninstall browser app updates if there are any..

No havent intsllaed any browser app updates. Stranglely the only way I can find to temporarily remove this is to apply , morelocale english and reboot . But it come back after the next reboot.
And I have this with 2 different Mi6 using miui 9 ( one in english and one in french ) . Was not present in Miui 8

Nothing works. I think , I just use chrome instead
